Merry Christmas!!!! {And a very special announcement!}

Merry Christmas friends!!

Christmas is my absolute favorite day because we get the honor of celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus!

But this year it's extra special for our family because ........

We're expecting!!!

Our family is overjoyed and so thankful for this soon to be here blessing!

It's been quite the journey (which I may blog about) but God is ALWAYS faithful and turns things around for our good.

Here's a picture I shared on Instagram of me last week at 9 weeks and already showing!

I'm not sure if I'll be doing monthly updates on my pregnancy but you are for sure going to be seeing a lot of nursery projects!

I'm so happy to be sharing this with all of you, my blogland family! You guys are the best!

Have a blessed Christmas!

Deuteronomy 7:9
Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations

Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Dresser Makeover Using DIY Chalk Paint

My apologies for the unintentional short blog break I just took!

I haven't even kept up with my favorite blogs or social media so I have a lot of catching up to do! I'm sure you were all busy bees during my hiatus.

I have to admit it's been nice though! I've had plenty of time to just spend time with my family during one of our favorite times of the year!

Before I went MIA, I was finishing the details on my daughter's dresser that I posted on Instagram.

This project is the perfect example of HOW YOU CAN TURN A BORING LAMINATE DRESSER INTO ONE OF A KIND.

And I'm happy to announce that it is finished!

Actually, it's been finished for quite a while but I'm just now getting around to blogging about it.

Don't judge.
